MALES PLEASE READ: all males will be held to the upmost respect. Any disrespect shown towards females or other males. You will be asked to leave the party. We will allow between 50 guys, 25 single females and 25 M/F couples into the party. Your plan for the evening is up to you. Whether you would like to observe- to find 1 guy, 2, or 10- it is all about the ladies’ desire. We have quite a few accommodations that can meet your need, such as our colored card method- where you get cards to fill out your do’s and dont's and the room you reserve for an allotted time, then you hand them out to the guys you choose to participate in your wildest fantasy’s come true. Casino Night

Come play some of your favorite casino games here at THE HOUSE. We will have Roulette, 3 card poker and Black Jack. When you arrive you will receive X amount of chips to play with. You can choose to play games with your chips or barter for your chips. Examples, Begging, asking friends for chips, showing something for chips. Entirely up to you. Some tables will open at 9pm the rest at 10:30. At 1:00 a.m. all games will shut down and the couple with the most chips wins a prize. You won't be disappointed in the prize. Find some Daisy Duke shorts and Show those pretty checks. Just put on the shortest shorts you have or make your own. Then you go topless, where a bikini top, make your own sexy shirt top. If your partner dresses like Bo or Luke you will be put into a drawing for a HOUSE pass to your next party. No you do not have to dress up, but it would be nice to see everyone dressed up.

The only way to get into the party, is to send us a reservation request. Reservations are only made here on this website. We do not consider any requests from lifestyle websites a reservation.

Party Dates

No Pressure

There is absolutely NO pressure and no one is required to do anything that they do not wish to do. Great for new couples, soft swingers and experienced alike. No membership fees or dues.

A Safe Space

The purpose of our parties is to provide a place that is more than a traditional "swing club". It is an adult social lifestyle party, a place where people are free to explore their sexuality in a fun, but safe space social setting without pressure.

Communication

The House is many different things to many different people, however it is not for everyone. Your partner and relationship must be the highest priority in your involvement at The House. Constant, effective communication is essential to your success. We recommend that couples make joint decisions without pressure or persuasion. Any suggestions of coercion will not be tolerated.

For your protection

Anyone that wishes to come to a party must sign an agreement form in order to be admitted to our party. The agreement form that you sign states that you understand this is a private adult party and you are not offended by nudity or adult situations. It also states that if you are a member of the media or law enforcement, you are at our club of your own free will and not here to gather anyone's personal information or make anyone's personal information/identity known to the general public. We do not sell or give out any of your information to anyone for any reason; we value your privacy as we do our own. There is no charge for our party, however we do accept donations to help cover the cost.
