First time to our
party page
If this is your first visit to our party, here are a few quick
things that you need to know that will help make your first
visit much easier.
What do I need to bring?
1.
Please make sure that you bring a valid
picture ID. No one will be allowed in the party without showing
a picture ID. Please note that we DO NOT make a copy of your ID
or collect your personal information.
Please bring your own towel
if you plan to go in the pool or hot tub. We do have a few
towels but try to bring yours.
What
is not allowed?
2. :
There will be no hard alcohol
allowed at the party, only beer and
wine products. We do not sell alcohol so if you want to drink
any alcohol you must bring your own. We do have a refrigerator,
for you to store your drinks but space is limited. We ask that
you bring a cooler with you. We do provide bottled water, soft
drinks, food, condoms, lube, and wipes at no charge.
:No
illegal drugs are allowed at the
party. Anyone found with any illegal drug will be banned from
the THE HOUSE and not allowed back, ever.
:No
cameras are allowed at the party.
We do not allow any pictures to be taken at the club so that we
can protect everyone's identity. If we see
anyone with a camera we will ask you to
remove the camera from the party.
What
to expect when I first arrive.

Every new couple will be shown around THE
HOUSE. A personal one-on-one tour of THE HOUSE will be given so
that you are familiar with everything that we offer. This will
also allow you the chance to ask any personal questions that you
may have.
Do I have to do anything or be expected to have sex with
someone?
4.
There is no pressure for you to do
anything at all. If you like, you can just sit back and watch
everything that goes on without being involved. No one will
pressure you to do anything. You should not have anyone come up
and try to touch you without your permission. If someone wants
to touch you they should ask first, so please remember
gentlemen, if a lady walks by you and she is naked or clothed
that does not give you the right to touch her. Ask first. If you
feel like you are being pressured to do something let the owner
know about it so we can take care of things. We will be nice to
the person when we talk with them.
How
much does it cost?

There is a suggested donation for couples.
$30 is what most couples donate. This contribution helps to
offset some of the costs of the party you attend and helps us
provide a private place for couples to enjoy the lifestyle. Your
contribution helps to ensure the quality and freshness of the
food and beverages available to you. We furnish soft drinks and
bottled water, as well as food and snacks. In our on-premise
rooms you will find an assortment of personal items including
condoms, lube, and wipes that make the lifestyle exploration
clean and safe.

We want to do everything that we can to make sure your
visit to our party is an enjoyable experience so that you will
want to come back again and again. We hope that with each visit
you will meet and make new friends, have some fun, and enjoy
yourself to the fullest. We always take to heart and welcome any
